In the 1981 song "Under Pressure," the artists complain about pressure—something most of us deal with on a daily basis.  For those in the design professions, “pressure” is a familiar refrain.  As the title song notes, turning away from it all doesn't work.  In this session, we'll review specific tactics to manage some of the pressures faced in our industry and lead us to successful project outcomes.

1. Review current claim trends to identify key areas of focus for your risk mitigation efforts.
2. Consider key causes for schedule concerns and solutions to manage those exposures.
3. Understand the evolving risks associated with budget constraints and evaluate methods to mitigate those risks.
4. Examine methods to assess and overcome other project obstacles.
